Your data is accessed by authorised staff of Financement & Capitaux, its technical providers (hosting, email delivery) bound by contract, and authorities where required by law. It is never sold.
Retention periods
- Application not completed: 6 months after the last action.
- Credit agreement: duration of the agreement then 5 years (legal obligations).
- Connection data: 12 months.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. From your account you can download your data and request deletion of your account. You can also write to contact@expreessfinance.fr. We reply within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority: CNIL — www.cnil.fr.
Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), hashed passwords, documents stored outside the public area of the site, administrator access protected by two-factor authentication.
